Business mobile and data for connected teams
Business mobile and data solutions selected around how your people work, where they work and how much connectivity they need. Services are chosen per role rather than from a catalogue, your current arrangements are reviewed first, and how the fleet is administered as people join, change role and leave is part of the design, with one named Vantrel account owner after go-live.

What it covers
Business mobile services, mobile data and workforce connectivity
Mobile services for the people who work away from a desk, mobile data for the applications they run on the move, and the connectivity a distributed workforce depends on, selected around user roles. Vantrel reviews what you have, works out what each role needs, consolidates requirements where that makes sense, and administers the result. Current plans, inclusions and service options are confirmed during scoping.
- 01Reviewing current arrangements
Which services you hold today, on whose accounts, for which people, and whether they still match the way those people work.
Review - 02Selecting services around roles
A field technician on cloud applications all day, a manager who travels, and an office worker who mostly needs a number do not need the same service. Each role gets the service that fits it.
Select - 03Consolidating where appropriate
Where requirements are spread across arrangements that have grown up over time, they are brought together where that is simpler to run; where an arrangement works, it stays.
Consolidate - 04Administering the fleet
What happens when someone joins, changes role or leaves: which number they use, whose account it sits on, and what service they are on. This is the moment many businesses discover a work number was personal.
Run
Mobiles in the phone system and Teams
A mobile can stay a mobile, or be part of the phone system
The mobile app on a cloud phone system rings when the main number does, and the Teams mobile app does the same for Teams calling. That is a design choice, not a requirement, and it is worth making when field or hybrid staff take business calls.
Who you call · what a discussion covers
One named account owner
One named Vantrel account owner after go-live, with your existing mobile provider managed on your behalf where that is agreed.
- The people: how many, in which roles, and where they work
- Current arrangements: what you hold today and whose accounts it sits on
- Service per role: confirmed during scoping, with current plans, inclusions and options
- Administration: how many changes a year the fleet goes through, and who handles them
Questions
Which plans and inclusions are available?
Current plans, inclusions and service options are confirmed during scoping, against the roles you have, rather than published as a catalogue. The scoping conversation starts from how many people you have, where they work and what the work needs.
Do the work numbers belong to the business?
That depends on whose account each number sits on today. Scoping confirms what each number needs, and the aim is that work numbers stay with the business when a person leaves.
Does the mobile have to connect to the phone system?
No. It can, where field or hybrid staff take business calls; a well-run mobile fleet is a good outcome on its own.
Can we keep our existing mobile provider?
Often, yes. Whether an existing arrangement stays, changes or is consolidated is decided in scoping, and where it is agreed Vantrel manages that provider on your behalf afterwards.
Discuss your mobile fleet
Bring the number of people, where they work, and how many join and leave in a year. You get back the service mix per role and what administering the fleet would involve.
